Nanzenji Temple Photographic Print (Large)
(US540 before shipping. Originally $640)
Timeless monochrome photograph by John Einarsen of one of Kyoto’s most important temples.
John Einarsen is the founder of Kyoto Journal and a licensed teacher of Miksang contemplative photography. He has exhibited numerous times in Japan and overseas. John considers photography a daily meditative practice, and rises early to make an (almost!) daily walk to Nanzenji from his home. This photo was among a selection exhibited and sold at Portland Japanese Garden during the summer of 2018.
The photo is printed on gorgeous handmade Japanese paper at the highly regarded Awagami workshop in Shikoku.
Right now there is just one of this print in stock, and so any additional orders will be on a print-on-demand basis, which can take about 2 weeks before dispatch (we shall keep you informed).

Price excludes shipping, which is by tracked EMS (approx $21 to elsewhere in Asia; $29 to the US and Europe) or takkyubin within Japan (¥900).
